Our postage charges are based on a size as follows.
Dimensions:
Minimum dimensions: 100mm(L) X 70mm(H) X 25mm(D).
Maximum dimensions: for a packet are a combined length, height and depth of 900mm. No individual dimension can exceed 600mm, with a tolerance of 2mm.
In tube form the maximum dimensions are the length plus twice the diameter 1,040mm with no one dimension exceeding 900mm, with a tolerance of 2mm.
Weight:
The maximum weight is 2kg.
If your order is bigger or heavier than the maximum size and weight limits your order will be split into two or more parcels to the max size we ship if there is a better option with regard to shipping we will contact you and advise accordingly .All our shipping prices are based on standard shipping rates should you require registered post or any other service please complete your checkout as normal and in the comments box please advise us of your requirement we will cost it and advise you of any extra charges.
If you do not advise us that you need insured/registered postage for your order and the parcel is lost or damaged in the post then we will not be able to refund you for your order or give you a tracking number as Irish uninsured parcels do not have a tracking number. All we can provide is proof of posting. Therefore the requirement is on the customer to request insured/registered postage as this is not our normal method of shipping.
Returns must be agreed by us before being accepted. A Returns Number will be issued.
Items will be accepted back as long as they are in a re-saleable / un-opened condition and therefore should be packed carefully to avoid damage. Please include the returns number and or dispatch note.
We will only in such cases be able to refund the purchase price the customer will be responsible for all postage costs .In the event that a product is incorrect or faulty we will replace the item once returned to us.
